Baked tofu slices for guilt-free snack!

They’re so easy to make and so addictive, especially when dipped with your favourite dipping sauce.

Simply slice firm tofu into desired thickness and coat it with seasoned Panko breadcrumbs. I seasoned the breadcrumbs with chilli powder, garlic powder, salt and a dash of turmeric powder. There’s no batter to this as the moisture from the tofu will allow the breadcrumbs to stick.

I sprayed the tofu slices with oil before baking them in the oven at 180C for 30 minutes.

It’s crispy, healthy and you really don’t have to deal with any deep frying! Serve it with some sweet soy & sambal and enjoy!
